• We are currently delivering to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland via DPD courier to the nearest parcel locker 
• Free shipping on orders over €35
• All orders are shipped from Lithuania (EU)
• Please note: exchanges are not available
• Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.
• Delivery times vary by destination and are based on DPD’s standard shipping schedules.

 

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if not, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• For all returns, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
• A return label will be issued once you contact us.

Returned items must be in their original condition and package, and include the receipt (original or copy). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
